Do you offer free trial?
Yes. You can sign up and you will get be credited with free credits.
Do you offer custom pricing for high usage?
Defastra pricing is fully pay-as-you-go and comes with automatic volume discount. If you intend to perform more than 100,000 requests per month, please get in touch with us here. We will respond within 24 hours with a custom pricing proposal.
How does the monthly volume discount works?
The more request you perform, the less expensive they become. For example, if you perform 23,000 requests in a month, it will cost you 5,000 * 0.08 (the first pricing range) + 15,000 * 0.07 (second range) + 3,000 * 0.065 (third range) = USD 1,845. The monthly request count resets every 30 days, starting with the day you created your account. You can easily follow your current pricing range and monthly usage in the billing section.
How does the billing system works?
Your Defastra account has a wallet. This wallet is debited in real-time when you perform requests. You can top-up your wallet manually or automatically. If your wallet is empty and was not funded, your access to Defastra products will be restricted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments through Stripe, and for higher amount, we accept bank transfer.
